Enjoy six private acres of California wine country as well as the lush 100-yard lawn, ping-pong table, swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor dining room.

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the breezy living room with ample leather seating. Sip morning coffee beside the gas fireplace. Enjoy the seating and beautiful yard vistas in the guest cottage living room.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare your favorite foods in the modern kitchen, fully stocked with all the gadgets you might need. Kitchen highlights include ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for two. A breakfast table offers seating for four, while a screened sunroom provides a dining area for 12.

The guest cottage includes a kitchenette with a sink and fridge.

BED & BATH

Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom with a king bed, patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom provides a queen bed while the third room has a king bed. Both boast private patio access. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The relaxing guest cottage has a king bed, TV with Apple TV, and a half bath with an outdoor shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Set against the backdrop of mountains and redwoods, a resort-style retreat awaits in the private backyard where luxury amenities include a private swimming pool, hot tub, ping-pong table, horseshoe court, and ample outdoor seating.

Enjoy breakfast on the guest cottage patio with seating for six, or kick back in the outdoor living area with plenty of cozy seating.

Prepare meals in the outdoor kitchen, which is outfitted with a grill, sink, and mini-fridge.

EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four are provided.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75/day, in addition to a $600 activation fee. (Please note the pool cannot be heated from December through February. The pool is solar heated naturally from May 1st through October 1st.)

Take a scenic 40-minute drive to Armstrong Woods for excellent hiking and breathtaking views of the towering redwoods. Or enjoy the city sights with a day trip to San Francisco, which is about an hour from your rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
