"The room was great but was saddened that no one ever called me back or emailed me. I wanted champagne waiting for my wife. It was her birthday weekend. We drove over 5 hours. Unacceptable. Better late than never I guess but that wasn’t the point! "

"The layout of this hotel is odd. you have to travel down the first floor room hallway to even get to the elevator to take you up. I did not eat at the hotel. There are no place (restaurants or fast food) nearby to eat. Only Mexican and Asian I would not recommend this Double Tree it does not stand up to expected Doubletree standards."
