"Let talk about the staff . Everyone was amazing except for the young girl that checked us in we showed up at 2:55 we asked her if we can start checking in she said not till 3:00 when 3:00 o’clock comes up there is like 4 people waiting to check in because she told them the same thing . We watch her walking off , getting on the elevator at 3:00 to check if the rooms are ready . We were like why didn’t she check before 3:00 ? Let’s just say her customers service sucks . The other colored lady’s that were there were amazing very helpful ."

"Wanted to find a hotel with free parking that was close to downtown and all our other planned activities, and honestly this place was perfect. It’s so close to drive anywhere in Austin I would recommend it for the parking and location alone. Hotel rooms were clean and I have a VERY high standard of cleanliness. Not sure how often they are supposed to clean the rooms but nobody came in to ours until we asked on day 4 for new towels and a sweep of the floor. Breakfast was free and quite convenient. Make sure to have the fruit it’s exceptionally good being that far south. The layout of the hotel is insanity but it was always hilarious trying to find our room. Good thing they put up markers outside the stairwells to help guide you (you’ll see). Would stay here again."

"The room had a terrible mode problem. The first room they tried to put us in. They were kind of rude when it came down to understanding my frustrations honestly charge for a $50 deposit that should not have been charged if you ask me with the conditions of the room overall I have no idea how they’re still open."

"The staff were weird, like they have never seen females before. The locks on our door didn’t work. Put a bedside table on door. The blow dryer didn’t work, no chairs or trash cans in room. No door to separate the toilet and shower to the rest of the room. People knocked on our doors an hour into us being there but we didn’t answer. Overall this is the worst hotel I have stayed at and overall didn’t feel completely safe as a female."
