The first room they sent us to when we wearily arrived at 10pm was dirty. The bed looked like someone was actively seeping in it and there were towels in the sink. The clerk fixed the problem immediately. Breakfast was adequate but repetitive. The staff seemed overworked and openly complained in front of guests about other employees calling out.
