“The staff was great, very helpful. I left two items behind and they arranged to have it shipped to my home so I didn't have to return and pick it up. My only complaint was the sheets had some black marks on them, very small, that my wife noticed. The sheets were clean, they had been washed. It didn't stop us from staying there but maybe the sheets needed to be replaced. Other than that the hotel was great. Very high marks for the staff and their helpfulness. “It was nice to have a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The view of the river, spit and ocean was five star. The bathroom fan needed attention.”

“When we got there to check in, nobody was there. So we had to wait in the parking lot while they were running their errands.”

“Understaffed (waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at reception), disorganized (gave us a room that had yet to be cleaned), and a little disingenuous (saud we didn't have to pay for the "better" room they put us in, which had the same amenities we had booked...). Floor was visibly dirty, but it was otherwise a comfortable stay.”

“Very clean and comfortable room. Casino was nice and fun environment. Restaurant was excellent even though not all of the menu items were available. Staff was very friendly as well. Proximity to the redwoods and Oregon border was perfect. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.”

“Spotlessly clean, awesome staff, nice breakfast (cold choices, juice and toast-able bread & bagels) great coffee, huge rooms + awesome location. Nice toiletries that smell great & water pressure was awesome in shower. Well worth price and highly recommend!”

“Everything was virtual assistant. It was very annoying because when we had problem no one was able to fix because no one was available. Probably won’t stay again”

“Nice basic motel. I wish I paid more for an ocean view as maybe the road noise wouldn’t have been so bad. They gave ear plugs. Room was basic-clean,towels, toiletries, hairdryer, small refrigerator, coffee maker and fan. But it was cold in the room as the fan was only air. No heat. The front desk had a nice place to make hot drinks, get cold ones and snacks complimentary. Very dog friendly all around. Other visitors welcomed us.”
