Bird dropping on steps and door entry way. The pull out bed was broken. Telephone call placed on hold for more than twenty minutes by front desk staff. After twenty minutes the call would disconnect or staff will ask to call back "we are helping customers."

"Listen if you are going to stay here at this Condo Resort don't pick a Holiday Weekend. There is 3400 condos here and over the 4th of July holiday weekend there was at least 6000 people here on property. All 5 pools and the hot tubs where zoos. We extended two more nights here.
