HOUSE RULES:
•    Maximum occupancy limit:  8 adults + 2 children (age 12 and under).
•    No invited Guests are allowed.
•   To give access to the property it is necessary to sign the registration form and provide a valid ID (with photo and signature).
•    No smoking allowed
•    Minimum age to rent is 21
•    All persons are required to wear wristbands.
•    Check in begins at 4:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
•    Rental includes two parking permits. Additional temporary parking permit may be purchased on site for an additional fee. Boats and trailers are allowed into the property for an extra fee. No R.V.'s or motor homes will be allowed on property.
•    Our rental properties are family oriented. Good behavior is expected from our guests, respect for property rules and other guests. No parties allowed. Minimum age to rent is 21 and must be present during the entire stay. 
•    We kindly request that guests respect the Resort/HOA rules. Failure to comply with their house policies is grounds for eviction from the property and/or fines vary depending on these rules. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Took 3 teenage kids. Very family friendly. Doubt you'd need to lock your vehicle. Very clean and kept up. Buildings are a little dated but maintenance and construction ongoing like any ocean side property. Amazing beach and ocean within 100 steps. I'd stay here again

Worst place I have ever stayed.
Raw sewage was seeping under the door in the dining room. The kitchen sink was backing up and had a horrible smell. They had to send a plumber and the plumber left cigarette butts and garbage from the backup next to the sink. No one came to clean up the sewage, I had to do it myself. The keys did not work to the front door when we arrived. I did get 1 key that worked from Danny at the gate, but they took all my keys including my gym key, so I had no gym access. There was no soap in any of the bathrooms, no dish soap and used lotions. The dryer didn't work properly and I kept having to restart it for hours. The glass top table outside was broken and the glass kept falling through. The place was filthy with food and trash on the floor when we arrived. This place is so terribly managed. I will NEVER book with LA ISLA Vacation Rentals again EVER! I felt dirty the entire time. Not one person apologized, but I did get a text from a random # saying "I have refunded you $136 usd". This all really put a damper on my family's beach trip.

It was roomy and great location!
The location was great, and it was quite roomy. I think the only thing that is not the best is that it needed some maintenance in the shower, there weren’t enough towels for eight people, and the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked as we had hoped. However, it worked out just fine and the management was great to accommodate our needs.

Overall the property can best be described as "worn." Everything is ok, just not as clean, fresh, and premium as depicted. Most if not all of the toilet paper holders are ripped off the wall, the exhaust fan in downstairs bathroom is broke, all the toilets have a super weak flush, we could not get the smoke detector to stop beeping for 3 days, the kitchen sink backed up. It was ok, but not quite as advertised.

Nice view and pool area, not good if you need help
We are still waiting for someone to call us regarding our stay. We had a chirping smoke detector in our room the entire time. It took two days and four calls for maintenance to come, and within 15 minutes of them leaving, it started chirping again. The pool and view were great, but communication and overall cleanliness, dark hallways, etc was very disappointing

Beautiful and spacious!
We couldn't believe the amount of square footage in this unit, and having 3.5 bathrooms was pure luxury! The beach was just a short walk away, but we almost didn't want to leave the condo since it was so comfortable and beautiful. We could have used a few bigger pots and pans to cook for our crowd, but overall the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the huge windows in two of the bedrooms (the third had no windows, for vampires who avoid daylight). No worries - the drapes kept the light out until we were ready for it! Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot for our family. We'll be back!

Memorial Day Weekend
We had a wonderful stay at this property, very clean and spacious. Needed better pots and pans to cook. We paid for rented an outdoor bar-b-q pit and other people used it free when we were done with it. Don’t think that was fair, that needs to be monitored more closely. We were out on balcony, security knocked on our door to tell us not to get too close to rails, thought that was strange, next morning, my husband went out to balcony and noticed several screws were loose, he very easily pulled them out from wall but put them back. They are very loose, wondered if property management knows, why would they come warn us. That is a Hugh liability. Other than those problems, everything was great.

Relaxing Vacation
We have stayed at this property before and it is always very clean and kept up with. The pool area is nice and the beach is about a 5 minute or less walk away. The condo itself was just as described. The condo was clean and roomy. Our party had 5 adults and 3 kids (two under 4) and the space was perfect. Nice bay views, comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, and 3 and half bathrooms. Although we enjoyed this condo overall, there are a few things that would have bettered our stay. The water pressure is extremely weak, so showering sand off is difficult, the kitchen has most of what you need but could use an updated coffee maker and some new pans. We found an old mop in a closet but a broom or small vacuum would have been helpful in trying to keep the condo somewhat clean during our stay. Check in at 4pm is strictly enforced and just seemed so late that it felt like we wasted a day. Lastly, having to pay to rent the outdoor grills seems like an unnecessary expense. With that said, we did enjoy our stay and most importantly for us, the condo was clean, as described, and overall reasonably priced.

It was super easy to get to, the gate guards made us feel a lot safer. We were for women having a great time at the beach. The whole facility was clean we even had to work a little bit but the place was big enough that we were able to spread out in each do our own work. Looking forward to coming back again!

Quick beach getaway
The condo was exactly as described and pictured. We liked it so much that we stayed an additional night. The only fall back is that there is construction going on at the beach right behind the condo. So it takes away from the pretty scenery and at night they are working loudly which makes it hard to enjoy a nice evening walk on the beach. But it’s only temporary. The property manager was very nice and responds quickly! Will stay again.

Great place overall
This fit our needs perfectly. Room to spread out. The building management is very friendly & the place is well run. I only have 2 small complaints: not enough silverware. We kept having to wash forks!! The other thing is that the carpeting, especially on the stairs up to the bedrooms has seen better days and the walls were very dirty in that area. I think the photos don’t show how worn in the carpets or area rugs are. But overall, it was a great rental!!
