“Room was basically clean bedding very fresh.
Bathroom mouldy and missed soap deposits in bottom of shower. Shower rail broken and unable to take out of holder. Shower intermittently cold and scalding hot. Unable to shower properly and unable to shower the toddler after a hot and dusty day out.
Parking so limited upon returning after our festival at 10.45 pm unable to park with a very tired toddler in tow. Tried to find a member of staff which took me a further 15 mins.

“This was such a great place to stay for a weekend event in Southampton - easy to find parking nearby (Ocean Village), welcomed immediately by staff and room was a great size - we loved the decor throughout and excellent amenities all included in the room. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range available.”
