Beautiful guesthouse right on the seafront. Bedroom was very pretty, but the bed itself was rather rickety and the bathroom could do with a quick refresh. Some air conditioning or a fan wouldn't go amiss either! Overall, we had a lovely stay with a fab breakfast to send us on our way!
Lovely B&B and eating our delicious breakfast in the warm, sunny garden, overlooking the sea (at Easter!) was an extra special treat
It is in an ideal position on the sea front. Front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. There is a well equipped gym.
All good staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and well looked after
Absolutely smelly and discussing. Just don't go..... 😤 I was scared bad area. The only good thing was a two min walk to town an near seafront at Southend. Nobody on premises if you have any problems. No a kettle or a fridge in room. Bed like brick ill never go back
very happy. did have to report an odd smell drain like but it was immediately and successfuly dealt with
Great location, small, but clean rooms with comfortable beds, however, being hit by the overpowering smell of disinfectant each time we entered the room was not as welcoming as the room could have been. Disturbed by noise from above, outside and next door, we discovered trying to get off to sleep ...
Lovely two bedroom easy to get keys once your deposit goes through well stocked up it's home away from home clean comfortable was really impressed the only thing that was wrong was the shower it's out dated but still will book again thank you
