“We arrived early and there were no problems with us checking in early. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.”

“When I go to Yuma, I stay here. It used to be a chain of some sort, but the owners are now independent. They do a great job of keeping the place clean and modern. The breakfast is good for self-serve and they have a free happy hour. There is a grill station if you want to eat in. I didn't use the pool, but it is large and attractive. Kids would love it. And the prices are reasonable. Yuma is overflowing with hotels and more are being built. This place is a reason to try an independent operator.”

“They are doing remodeling, so that was annoying. The rooms were okay, definitely not one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. I will not come back to this location.”

“The front dest staff was great. She got us into our room early. My husband had surgery that morning. I knew he would not make it until 3:00. Staff got us in at 1:30. What we did not like was the long walk from parking to the room. We were right behind tennis court. In my opinion the court could be removed to allow closer parking to the room. There are also a lot of stairs in the complex. Staff gave us a downstairs room but had to use stairs to have breakfast and get ice.”

“Room was clean, staff was excellent couldn’t be much better, breakfast was great!! sausage, omelettes on some mornings, or scrambled eggs or fried eggs, waffles, orange juice, and apple juice. they kept everything well stocked even up till almost quitting time If you’re planning on grilling bring your own grilling tools and charcoal. Hot tub and pool were great!!”
