Spokane Civic Theatre Tours

So upon arriving and triple checking the day before I arrived, that my reservation was good to go and no issues, because I was traveling 3 plus hours to that destination. I got there the man at the desk was not very friendly, and told me that my reservation was "Cancelled.".... I always put a card down but sometimes I change cards etc when I get to the hotel, and all he did was look at me and then looked back down. I was furious! I never received a call, nothing, zero you name it regarding my room being cancelled by them, not myself! I had to get a room with 1bed for myself and 21 year old son which is fine, it's how they handled or NOT handled a extremely poor situation that was NOT my fault. I will never stay there again and I will let everyone I know traveling to Spokane to not stay there as I do marketing on social media etc.... VERY UNHAPPY

When i pulled up to go into the lobby the front desk person was making out at the entrance so I drove around hoping there was another entrance it seemed unprofessional. Check in was a bit of a hassle and even though I got an email saying I could check in online, I couldn't. The pool and hot tub seemed pretty clean and were nice! We enjoy this swim and relaxation. There was black hair in our bath tub and our room floor which was a little gross but its hair so I just threw it away. Everything else seemed pretty clean and nice. I am very disappointed and wont be staying again though! The hotel advertised as a continental or free breakfast and with kids i always make sure to book somewhere with a free breakfast. This place had juice and instant oatmeal packets! They gave 2 Dennys vouchers which gave $7 off a meal which is great but not a free meal and not a continental breakfast!!! It made for a really rough morning with kids and then having to spend extra that i didnt plan to spend on breakfast just topped off the morning!! Don't advertise what you dont have!! The beds were comfy and clean! Won't be staying again!!

We felt spoiled, was away from the hussle and hurry of town, but still close enough to go do some of the adventures CDA has to offer.
