Living in Floridian Paradise, Luxurious Pool Home with 1450 Square feet near the historic district in Brooksville/Spring Hill. Recently Renovated home boasts 3 generously sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, master bathroom features walk-in shower with bathroom combo. Less than one hour from Tampa and 45 minutes from Disney World, located close to multiple beaches. 5 minutes away from one of the most popular Floridian attractions Weeki Wachee's State Spring Park perfect for enjoying mermaid shows, kayaking, wildlife and more.

Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Home is located on ½ Acre of private land with lots of privacy, Beautiful pool with 1/2 Acre of Distance from rear neighbors.

Getting around

Our home is located nearby plenty of shopping centers, If you need anything during your stay you are only 5 minutes away from a local shopping plaza with a grocery store, pizzerias, bars and just about everything you could ever need. Plaza also features shopping mall.Five miles away from the local beaches, Famous Disney World is less than 45 minutes away and one of Florida’s most popular state springs Weeki-Wachee is just 5 minutes from the home where you can enjoy a variety of activities including mermaid shows, kayaking, water slides and wildlife. Perfect home for the family or a couple to get away. Additional guest charges outside of confirmed reservation will be doubled.Checking ins and outs monitored audio video recorded by surveillance cameras-ring.

Winter rate 30 nights or more is based on two guests. Additional guest fee of $25 per person per night after two will apply.

General Rate is based on four people, additional guest fee of $50 per person per night if additional guest added after reservation confirmation.

Kindly note: Should guests opt for pool heating, a supplementary charge of $35/day will be applied for short term stays under 90 nights. Please inform us in advance to ensure optimal service. Thank you for your understanding.

Does not disappoint!!
We chose this house because it was in the same neighborhood as the family we were there visiting. But this house was so nice we ended up visiting with family just hanging out there most of the time instead of going out and doing alot of activities! It was GREAT!!! The house was very clean and the host has thought of everything you might need!! Highly recommend heating the pool, that was sooo nice!! Hoping this house will be available again the next time we come to visit!! 🙌 10/10!!!

A very nice home and great host!
The house is spacious and still comfy. It was clean. The pool is great. The host communicated well and the check in check out process so smooth and perfect. We used this property to help in moving my father out of his home, allowing us to stay somewhere as we packed up his house. My sister, myself and my father really enjoyed our stay, and made the whole process a joy.

This was by far the best place we have stayed in, our host Stefan, was amazing, he thought of everything, all we had to do was bring our clothes, The house was amazing, clean and had many amenities, such as towels, linins, dishes, soaps, coffee, ect, too many to list nothing was spared. I especially appreciated the welcome sign and basket. He was very attentive to us and answered E-Mails very rapidly. I also had the privilege of meeting him when we were leaving and he was the utmost professional, kind and courteous. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there and it was because of Stefans ability to care for his tenants needs. We are definitely going to stay there again on all our Florida trips and would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you again Stefan, you made us feel like VIPS.

Exactly what we needed!
My family and I planned a very last minute & spontaneous trip to Florida & we were not disappointed with where we ended up! From the moment you walk in the door, you feel right at home. My favorite place to hang out was the back patio area, especially because there was a pool for my kids to hang out in! All in all, my family and I had a wonderful time!! We even got to see manatees at Rodgers park :)

The welcome tray with wine and treats was so welcoming. We so enjoyed the beautiful pool, the comfortable beds! There was everything we needed to make our time so enjoyable. The beaches were a close drive away. We loved our week in this house.

Our family enjoyed our stay. When we arrived we were able to get in with no hassle and a friendly sign with a lot of different treats. We were close to a lot of good adventures such as Market 48 brewing which had entertainment every time we went. Also enjoyed pine island beach and bayport park with a fishing pier. Clearwater was about 90 minutes away so for a nice beach we went there and tarpon springs was about 60 min. Overall for what the hosts said it would be they delivered.

Let me start by just saying if you stay in this house you will want for nothing. This house is well furnished and equipped with anything you would need to feel like home. We were there for 2 weeks and Jacob, the owner, who is very friendly and hospitable, made us feel right at home. I received a phone call about an issue with the pool screen cage before we arrived, it had come down in a wind storm. I was reimbursed some of my rental cost for the inconvenience. While we were there Jacob was right on top of keeping the pool clean for us until the new screen cage went up, which he discussed with us first to make sure we didn’t have a problem with it happening while we were there. It just so happened to be my birthday during our stay and it was mentioned in conservation with Jacob. Later that day he shows up at the door with a birthday cake and a bottle of wine. I ask you, how much more hospitable can you get? The only issue we had with staying there is, there isn’t a hand rail at the shallow end steps in the pool and for seniors, which we are, or handicapped that could be a problem. Would I recommend this house as a vacation rental, absolutely.
