“The Ice machines on floor 5 & 6 didn’t work I told staff , but was informed that won’t get fixed for a few days very inconvenient. Very disappointing no intercontinental breakfast included with my stay only coffee and tea is free. Very happy about the facility allowing Pets that truly makes a difference when we stay I didn’t mind the $75.00 fee just thankful.”
