"Had a fine stay at Freehand NY. Front desk staff are lovely and the rooms are adequate. It’s worth noting that there are absolutely no facilities at this hotel. There is a coffee shop but not a proper breakfast place inside the hotel and no room service. The bar turns into more of a club which is fine if that’s your vibe. The rooms are small but nicely decorated, but again no additionals. Not even coffee or tea making facilities in the room or a mini bar. I had some maintenance issues...
