The Cairo St Bungalow is designed for comfort and functionality:
Bedroom 1: Features a full-sized bed, a nightstand, and a versatile desk that can also serve as a makeup table. There's ample storage in the closet and under the bed.

Bedroom 2: Includes a queen-sized bed with built-in outlets on the headboard for device charging. It also features a comfortable reading chair and ottoman.

Bathroom: Conveniently located with entrances from both the kitchen and Bedroom 2. It features a shower/tub combo, a comfort height toilet, and a vanity with a sink.

Kitchen: Galley-style, equipped with a farmhouse basin sink, refrigerator, gas stove, and stackable washer and dryer. Small appliances include a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.


Dining Room: Features an oak table with seating for six, a corner desk with a monitor for work or study, and a floating bookshelf and small hutch for added functionality and style.

Living Room: Offers a stylish and comfortable setting with a leather couch, cozy reading chair, and a 55-inch smart TV.

Sunroom: A cozy retreat with two comfortable chairs and a table, perfect for enjoying natural light and peaceful moments.

Outdoor Spaces: Guests can enjoy the covered front porch with a swing, the enclosed sunroom, and the partially fenced backyard.

As our guest, you'll have access to the entire home, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Please note that the cellar and outdoor storage shed are not accessible to guests.

Host Availability:

We live and work locally, just half a mile from the home, making us readily available if you need assistance during your stay. However, we respect your desire for an independent stay.

Housekeeping:

Ongoing Cleaning Options: Guests can opt for additional cleaning services during their stay, available weekly or biweekly. This service, costing $65 per session, includes laundering sheets and towels, making beds, and cleaning the kitchen, bathroom, and living spaces.

Trash Disposal: Guests are responsible for bagging trash and placing it in the black bin outside the back door. The host will collect this trash every Tuesday for your convenience.

Frisco Heights is a pedestrian and bike friendly neighborhood, and nearby public transport and short drives connect you easily to Springfield's highlights. Enjoy a short stroll to nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, all while being part of a warm, welcoming community.

No extra visitors are allowed without prior notification.

👶 Children and Pets: Always supervise children and pets.

🌟 Kindness and Courtesy: Be kind, considerate, and leave things as you found them.
🚭 No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and candle burning are prohibited inside the property. For ambiance, battery-powered candles are provided.
🐶 Pet Policy: Approved dogs only (up to 2). Dogs must:
• Be over 1 year old, housebroken, and fully vaccinated.
• Remain on non-carpeted areas.
• Be leashed while outside.
• Never be left unattended unless kenneled.

🗑️ Trash and Recycling: Dispose of all trash and recyclables in the proper receptacles provided.
🚽 Toilet Use: Only flush toilet paper. Please do not flush other items to avoid plumbing issues.
🍳 Kitchen Sink Use: No grease or coffee grounds down the sink! Use the designated trash container instead.
💔 Accidental Damage: Spills, stains, or damages happen—we get it! Just let us know ASAP so we can address it promptly. Pet-related damages must be reported and paid for within 24 hours of check-out.
