We arrived, we slept, we left. All exactly as expected for a facility of this class.

We liked everything about our stay....although we didn't take advantage of the breakfast, fitness center, or pool.....There is a bar on site(which would have been nice to have open longer, *but there is an Outback right next door to the hotel) We travel to Lansing yearly and we will definitely be staying here again. ***We even had an alert to take shelter for a tornado while we where staying here. The staff made sure to call all rooms for those who didn't receive the alert of their phones. They kept all guest calm....even a bus full of kids who stopped to take shelter here, Wonderful staff!

This is seriously a fantastic hotel! There is an amazing bat and restaurant on the roof and the staff is super helpful and friendly!

staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet, and the hote comp'd te $10 nightly parking fee even though I booked through Expedia. Highly Recommend.

Very much liked almost EVERYTHING at this hotel. When entering my room, noted that the shape of the room — not the usual rectangle — gave this unit an illusion of space! Nothing felt cramped. Besides being very clean, feeling of airiness, very comfortable bedding and bed, small kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, Adequate work area, lots of lighting and electric plugs. Then add lots of “little” extras: gratis coffee 24/7 with variety of snack foods available for purchase also 24/7. Free self-laundry. Excellent desk staff, helpful and friendly. Not a problem changing my check-out date a couple of times. Feels like being out in the country while still being close to visits and activities in Lansing and East Lansing. Gym and golf, walking area right there. Planning to stay here whenever I visit the area.
