“This historical hotel, Natural Bridge Hotel, was so nice! The rooms were big. Bed was comfortable and the room was nice, clean,and quiet. Hotel is only 5 to 10 minutes from the interstate and from a winery/brewery. The view from our window was beautiful of the mountains. We ate at the restaurant/bar for our dinner. The food was great. The breakfast the next morning was very nice. We will definitely stay here again.”

“The rooms have a musty smell, the evening front desk employee was extremely helpful and gave us another room, the smell wasn’t as bad but still musty. In the breakfast area there was not much of a selection so it’s more a continental breakfast. Although breakfast is until 10am, the coffee had finished by 9:30am. When we asked the morning front desk employee if we could get coffee, she stated coffee was done for the day, and this on a Sunday morning!!”

“Traveled with a team that was in three different hotels, ours was the worst by far. The pillows were not great, the property wasn’t the cleanest.”

“I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.”
