We enjoyed our stay there. The place has been renovated and the rooms are modern and very nice and clean. The view from the hotel and the 2nd floor patio is gorgeous in the day and at night. Perfect location close to everything. And recommend this hotel.

I had a 2nd floor room, in the corner of the building. Room was fine, clean. Bathroom had a smell but the front desk said they're aware and are making plans to renovate the bathrooms in that area of the block. Liked that the room had a small fridge, coffee machine etc. although the coffee machine and accompanying pods made something resembling muddy water, not coffee. Thankfully there is a great coffee shop close by in old town! As others have mentioned, the parking lot is small. This motel is located within walking distance to the old town so I didn't need to use my car at all when visiting the area.

Great little spot to stay, the only small complaint was coffee keurig was in the room and would have loved to make a cup, but no cups, sugar or creamer.. office was closed and no one around. Otherwise it was great and we would definitely stay again!

Great location right on the bay and walkable to colonial st augustine it’s also located right next to a restaurant which is convenient. Very clean and the pool was salt water which is fantastic for swimming without destroying your skin and hair. The pool is also open late. Great service overall :)

The property is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk to restaurants, shops, bars and an historic fort. The room was quiet, clean, the AC was working just fine, and the bed was comfortable. The view from the second floor was fantastic, the water way, ships, and the sun.

Stayed here for two nights with a friend. The room was as very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Check-in was easy. The room was quiet. It looked renovated, but not newly renovated. If that makes sense. I could tell some things were older. Good location. You can walk everywhere in the historic district. We didn’t use our car once. And I’m glad we didn’t because a few times I looked and the parking lot was full. It has a nice view of the intercoastal. The pool looked clean but we didn’t go swimming.
