The perfect St.George retreat!!!

You're gonna love it here! 3 bedrooms with down comforters and smart TV's in every room. Sleeps 12. Xbox One provided for your kids (or husbands:) 3 Bathrooms. One bath is a tub/shower combo perfect for all your needs. The other 2 bathrooms are spacious walk-in showers. Open floor plan with lots of comfortable seating. Back balcony overlooks outdoor pool and playground. Balcony has large table and gas BBQ so you can enjoy the St.George weather. Other resort amenities included basketball and Pickle ball courts. As a courtesy to our guests we provide pool toys, pickle ball equipment, kids scooters, basketball, football and soccer ball. If you love mountain biking or off-road vehicles, we are across the street from popular riding trails.

We had a very enjoyable stay. We were in town for a graduation, and our family lives 3 miles away so the location was perfect. The thorough directions and instructions were very helpful. The location on the property is great for having the kids on the playground and pool.

Comfortable and Clean Condo in St George
We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this property. Everything was clean, organzied, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a great way to wind down after playing golf and hiking in Zion. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Place To Stay
Our family came out to St George for a few days for some hiking. This condo was absolutely fantastic. We ended up spending more time in the condo than I had planned because the family loved it so much. Girls loved the pool. The condo was immaculate, and it have everything you could possibly want, including the most comfortable beds we have slept in. Looking forward to coming back to St George and this unit. The owners put a lot of thought into what a family would need on vacation. Thank you both

Amazing Place!
It was just as described, and perfect for our group of two couples and three kids aged 12-17. Plenty of room for gathering and dinners, lots of seating, and stocked with everything we needed. Pool was very nice and heated enough even in February. Beautiful location too. We loved it! Hoping to stay next year too.

Comfy place to stay!
We absolutely loved the stay with all our family at this comfy place! It fit all of us comfortably, and the location was great for us. The place was clean, and spacious for us to spread out. The owners were great to work with, and accommodating with our schedules, and responded quickly!! Our only negative and heads-up to be aware of, is there is not a closet available to use at all in the master bedroom, which we were very frustrated about!! There was a dresser provided, but we brought everything on our hangers, and then had to live out of our suitcases, instead of having a nice closet to use. That again was something that unfortunately would make us not want stay there again!

Overall a great place to stay
We spent a week here with our adult/ teenage children. Overall, it's a great property. It's a nice open floor plan. We loved how open the kitchen/ great room were. It was perfect for playing games, movie nights and dinners. The property managers were wonderful and quick to respond to our text. The pool was fun. There are only 2 pickleball courts, that were always full, but we used public ones nearby. We had 7 in our party. The bunk room was a tight fit for 3 of them mostly because there wasn't space to put their luggage. The master bathroom is extremely small, but it worked. There was no closet space in the master to hang our clothes, so we had to have them out on the hooks. It worked but it would be nice to put things away. There were no lights in or above the stove, which made the cooking space dark. The entire condo needs a good dusting and the master carpet is stained and worn. It was a good size space for 7, but i don't know how you would comfortably fit 12 unless they were mostly small children.

For a definite return
Property was very clean and well maintained, well stocked. We were only a family of five but this property could accommodate twice that. Location was quiet and that was very nice as we had to get up early for some of the Senior games. We made good use of the kitchen but have one small suggestion that the two largest skillets have seen their better days. Otherwise everything was great!
