“First impressions of the hotel was a damp smell (I can only describe it as a perfumed damp smell) around the whole building, this got worse as we arrived at our room number 3 aka Lily, the room and sheets felt slightly damp all the time, highly likely due to the bath (which jets didn’t work and shower which the head looked so full of limescale that we didn’t use it and opted instead for the removable shower head to shower. The air conditioning worked and cooled down the room a lot, however it……

“Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and……

“Overall an excellent visit. Spacious room. Very soundproof. It blocked out most of the outside noise. Conveniently located to many restaurants. Walkable to everything. Definitely would recommend.”

“I hope none of you have to stay in this hotel. The owner was absolutely terrible, never tried to help out in any way when I had problems, instead created problems for me. It’s crazy how much stress she gave me for no reason.”
