"This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. "We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Dragonara Resort while celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, the facilities are superb, there were always plenty of sunbeds available, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were particularly appreciative of the anniversary amenity left in our room. The only slight disappointments were that no complimentary room upgrade was available despite our request being noted in advance, and a late check-out was initially declined before a manager kindly arranged a short extension. These were relatively minor points and did not detract significantly from what was otherwise a fantastic holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Malta and would happily return."

"From the moment we arrived the hotel staff could not do enough to help us , we were met at reception by Alfred and manuel, Alfred throughout the holiday was great . And it was great to see some staff from our previous stay here . Every morning we were greeted with a smile and again staff were amazing . We were lucky to have the same room as previously.we would recommend room 405 to anyone . Great breakfast every day we ate at Zest twice and as before amazing food . We also used the spa which was a great way to spend a day and after the spa a night at the roof top pool . The Juliani is for us in a great location for other restaurants and for visiting other parts of the island we are already planning our next visit here . Thanks to everyone at the hotel for a great holiday Kevin"

"For us, the hotel is one of the most important aspects of a holiday - and a massive part of that is the staff. They are integral to every aspect, and every member of staff we interacted with over 6 days were exemplary. From pre-holiday interactions with Sandro the concierge, check-in, housekeeping, beech/pool staff for towels, food and drinks and most of all, everyone in the exec lounge. Everyone was polite, engaging, friendly - and genuinely made us feel welcome and valued. You normally get a couple of outstanding people you remember, but in this instance - it was simply everyone. In fact, it was this that made us return for our 2nd visit, and rebook a 3rd. The hotel is outstanding. Rooms great, pools awesome, SPA lovely. Loads of facilities. Even when the hotel was at capacity by hosting a conference, the staff were attentive, on-hand and above and beyond. Malta itself is just wonderful. St. Julians is ideally located with easy access to great restaurants and bars, whilst the Hilton retains a "resort" feel, meaning you wouldn't need to leave the hotel if you didn't want to! A sincere thank you to everyone, again - and see you in May 2027!"

"The room and property was very clean. I got club access which was beneficial. I got to use the lounge for drinks, relaxation and pre-dinner snacks. The breakfast buffet was complete and full of variety. The rooftop pool was lovely and I used it a few times. Walking distance to the main area of St Julian. Let’s stay here again."
