Got the room and it wasn’t clean. Next day noticed no towels. Asked for towels and they said they were out. I had to throw a big fit to get one set up f towels. Lock in the door didn’t work. Chain on the door missing. Fire alarm missing. Garbage in the hallway and stairs for the 3 days I stayed there. Hallway smelled like POT. No toilet seat lid.

I tried to check into my room and they told me that they couldn’t check me in for whatever reason refused to help get a refund or get anything figured out and was just completely rude the entire time obviously not giving a single care in the world Tony is a horrible person to be the first person greeting guests and the cleaning lady is also rude as all hell

I liked the fact it was close to eating establishments, more centrally located than others Didn't care for the fact there were no smoking rooms

I am upset at the fact that when I booked the property that it had a pool and free breakfast. Upon check in I found out that the pool had been closed for 2 years and was never made aware of it until check in. The breakfast was make a waffle or cereal, nothing else. The room smelled stale like nothing had been cleaned, and every time I wanted into the room I had to go back to the front desk to get my keys reactivated.
