Guests have access to the entire property accept the garage. Reserved for owners.

Guests must respect the quite hours of 9pm - 8am. No loud noise from the property allowed at any time. It is a city requirement.

Neighborhood is quite and cozy! Very close to Westhoff Park. Plenty of space for kiddos to climb and have fun. Also, includes a skatepark.

When I work in this area, always try to secure this house. Mainly for a beautiful and fenced backyards. But the house is tastefully decorated and everything work so it makes it for a great stay.

This property was perfect for us. Since we use to live in Defiance it was centrally located for all our family that still lives there. Clean little house well stocked. Big grassy backyard that our English Bulldog loved
