The bathroom was dirty, with hair in the tub with the looks it wasn't even cleaned. When I called the front desk there was no cleaning staff on in the evening and it would have to wait until morning. Could not move to another room due to the hotel was full.

Cheap hotel

This is my first stay at a Comfort Inn. I chose it for the cheap price so I understand you get what you pay for. This hotel is falling apart. A quarter inch wide crack ran through the celiling in my room. In the hallway the was a space for a window air conditioner that was missing leaving a hole to the outside so the hallway was hot and humid. The entire hotel was just run down. The one nice point is the staff was friendly.

I have talked with my chief engineer concerning the ceiling issue and it has been corrected. Also, the ptac unit in the hallway was out for repair and has been fixed and is reinstalled. Convenient

We booked this hotel due to its proximity to our destination. Room was too humid. Housekeeping didn't clean the bathroom,just got fresh towels, didn't replenish coffee and creamer. There's no fridge or microwave in rooms, no in-door pool. Breakfast is "ok". Staff was nice. The price is fine but one can get more for that same price. I wouldn't stay there again

I have spoken to my Executive Housekeeper and she has assured me that she is making every effort to correct the housekeeping issues you experienced. Also, we do have rooms with microwaves and fridges. When making a reservation, there are options on the Expedia website of standard or business class rooms which you are able to chose. Convenient location and breakfast was great.

Room had comfortable beds. Didn't have fridge or microwave- thought they came with this price room. Breakfast had lots of options; scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, yogurt, dry cereal, waffles, OJ, Apple juice and coffee. Fresh apples, oranges, pears. Room A/C unit made noise at the end of every ON cycle in our room. Like a whining squirrel. Housekeeping did not come during the day of our 2 day stay. Left at 10:30 AM for the day and returned at 6:30. Not big problem with extra towels in room but just expected it to be cleaned. Kids running and screaming in the hallway at 11:32 PM Saturday night. Not great sleeping when kids are running and yelling late at night. Have stayed here before and was satisfied in the past. Maybe just a bad weekend. Plan to be back in a few weeks and will stay in a different room to compare.

Our Business Calss rooms do include microwave and refigerators, but unfortunately our standard rooms do not. I also would like to apologize for the noise. We did have several teams of youth soccer in the hotel during your stay. The staff does their best to reduce noise and I am sorry that we failed. Good but 5 other hotels less price better shuttle

The cost was moderate but one glaring problem, shuttles to and from the airport where you could catch the train into downtown- great thing except the suttle quits at 10:30 pm and doesn't start in the morning until 6am. Flights before 8am are forget about it, get a taxi. Other hotels closer to the airport at half the price offer shuttle service earlier and later. Staff was great though.
