"Breakfasts in hotels has declined...Tru could elevate that and really bring customers in! I would love to see eggs cooked to order, ham slices instead of soft, thin bacon and small muffins instead of five kinds of stale bread (not all of us toast things). Also, waffles, instead of pancakes."

"Staff was welcoming and very friendly. The hotel is nice and beds very comfortable. This is a great option for pet parents. The only complaint we had is breakfast was advertised as being served until 9:30 but staff both mornings ( including Saturday when other hotels serve breakfast until 10) started cleaning up/stopped replenishing empty dishes between 9:10-9:15. This didn’t affect us personally though we did feel rushed, however on the last day of our stay, a Saturday, we felt really bad for a couple with 3 young children who came down around 9:20 to find breakfast mostly cleaned up; this after I watched tons of French toast and eggs being dumped in the trash by staff. Other than this, a great stay as well be back. "
