This property sits on a wooded corner lot with towering live oaks that provide a scenic backdrop to any group getaway. The home features a large gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens, perfect for holidays, family reunions, or anyone who loves to cook. There are two large bedrooms including the master with king beds downstairs with two more bedrooms and a sleeping nook upstairs. And the heated in-ground pool will provide endless hours of fun. Close to resort areas but far enough to be quiet & relaxing. Shopping is only minutes away. HVAC system has recently been upgraded to include UV filtration to eliminate organic particles including viruses.

Beautiful home
This property is so nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The host responds very quickly to any messages. There was even an xtra room work 2 needs that wasn't on the listing. Probably because the stairs are a little wonky and are under construction. We were able to utilize it anyways. The only thing i would say could have been better was there wasn't quite enough bath towels. I think there only 6 or 8 but there is a washer and dryer so we made it work. Overall very pleased with our stay. We were in town for my wedding so this home will always hold a special place with me.

Great location and layout!
We loved the house. The layout was great for hosting dinner with our local family. We had everything we needed. It was really nice that a lot of condiments were stocked. The neighborhood is quiet. You’re close to everything you need without sacrificing the quiet. I’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend the property!

Perfect
The house was perfect for our 3-generation family vacation. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for the 8 of us. The numerous ovens came in handy cooking for our family. The kids loved the pool! Perfect location for all of the things that we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Rental Nightmare
I save up every year and take my family on vacation during spring break. We’ve run into what is now a nightmare. Upon arrival we noticed several issues. This rental is unsafe and not described on the VRBO APP. I provided pictures of the unsafe conditions and filth to VRBO. I have three kids and don't feel safe with the conditions of this house. There is an open light socket under the kitchen cabinet at perfect height for a child to get electrocuted. There are two open light sockets hanging from wires in the upstairs closets. The back stairs going down to the pool are not up to code and are unsafe. The pool area is dirty, the utensil drawer is dirty, the coffee pot is dirty and had coffee grounds still in it. There are bugs and spider webs above the kitchen sink, there are dead bugs in the light above the kitchen sink, living room ceiling, laundry room and other areas. I don't believe the sheets in the master bedroom were cleaned before we arrived. I had to sleep on the couch because the sheets smelled like smoke. I woke up the second night feeling sick, I asked my wife, do you smell smoke, I said I keep smelling smoke. I took the sheets off the master bedroom, and it smelled like cigarette smoke bad. I’m allergic to cigarette smoke. I then took the sheets off all the other beds, they were stained and smelled. I have over 30 pictures of everything. I reached out to the property owner and told him we are leaving; we want a refund because the house is filthy and unsafe.

Cumberland Island Trip
Great rental! Great room was large and comfortable. TV was great for football watching. Three of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is just off the kitchen with the barn door separating. Just an FYI for clear understanding. It is less private than the others and the bathroom is not connected. It’s around the corner by the laundry. The earliest risers in the group would need to take that room. The kitchen is great. Seating for many in separate places, a breakfast table, an island will seat six but narrow surface and then a couple of high tables for two in the living room. But there is no large dining room table. Beds were comfortable, everything was super nice. About 20 mins from the Cumberland Island Visitor Center out in a subdivision. We enjoyed our visit!!!

Perfect family and friends getaway
The house was huge! We had plenty of room for my family and my friends' family. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the neighborhood is charming. We loved how many homes were decorated for Halloween. The shops and restaurants in St Marys were an easy drive. We spent one day on Cumberland which was just as beautiful as the pictures!

A beautiful property in a charming location surrounded by live oaks and Spanish moss, close to Kings Bay NS. The house had tons of room, all the amenities were in good working order, and the beautiful pool was a bonus. Perfect for a large family or group.

Cousin reunion stay
This was an excellent house. Everything was as advertised and included some amenities that were unexpected. We stayed during the hurricane and the owner reached out to make sure we were safe. We contacted him with a minor question and he was very quick to respond. The neighborhood is nice, clean and friendly. We used the front porch for morning coffee and evening visits. Just wonderful.

The outside of the property was dirty and after a telephone call someone can to clean the porch and Poole area. Several of my guess reported ants in the bedroom they slept in. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The house could use a good pressure washing.

Gorgeous home! So much space! The pool is amazing but watch your step on the porches. We were all in our 30s and had a few spills(we were fine)on steps after the pool or rain. I high recommend driving a couple of hrs to GennieSprings in FL. It was amazing!

Summer Get Away
This is a great place to spend summer days with friends. The house is spacious, the rooms clean and the kitchen is perfect. It is situated close to Amelia Island and Historic downtown Saint Mary’s. Easy trips to restaurants and attractions and a great place to just spend the day around the pool. The check in and out process easy. We LOVED our time here. No question that we will stay again and recommend to others.

Dana’s house was absolutely perfect for our group of 8 friends for the week. The pool was amazing- plenty of shade during the hottest part of the day under a beautiful tree, and no bugs because it’s screened in. Dana was very helpful and quick to answer questions. Our Family Vacation
The house is beautiful and large. So many bedrooms and bathrooms. Our grandchildren especially liked the huge Master shower. The enclosed pool was a pleasure for all of us. It is convenient to so many attractions. We did have a couple of problems with the equipment but the owners and the property manager were fantastic in their quick response and concern for our issues. Unfortunately, even new things sometimes break down. We had a great stay and would rent from the owners and property manager again.

Southern Hospitality at its best
Perfection, the property was better than advertised. Very clean, well organized and a great layout for our family. So much room, outstanding kicthen and the pool is amazingly clean with a perfect temperature. The neighborhood was quiet, private and the neighbors were so friendly. Everything you need is no more than 10 minutes away. The owners are amazing to work with, he check in with us everyday. So if you are ever in this beautiful area ,DO NOT pass this property by. We definitely will be back next year.

Nice house with lots of space!
Plenty of rooms and beds for a group of 7. There are TV's in living room and 2 of the bedrooms. The house was nice inside and in a quiet neighborhood. The outside porch was great for morning coffee. The pool was nice at the end of the day. The location was close enough for us to drive to town. I would stay there again.
