Luxurious newly updated vacation home located in a quiet and residential neighborhood only 10 minutes from Indian Rock Beach and 20 minutes away from the #1 beach in the US: Clearwater Beach. Only few miles to beautiful Florida Botanical Gardens and Butterfly Garden. Minutes to shopping, dining, entertainment, golfing, parks and lively St. Pete Downtown. Every effort has been made to make your vacation memorable!

This 2100 SF home has a fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Two queen beds) all bedrooms have new mattresses, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding), 2 flat screen TV's, convenient tile floors, Large kitchen with granite countertops, Dining room table, 2 full bathrooms, fully fenced in backyard with BBQ and gorgeous heated swimming pool with tropical vegetation around and beautiful lighting in the evenings. Two bicycles are available for guests.
You will find the home well stocked with everything that you need. There is a washer/dryer in the house - which makes life easy!

What's nearby?
Indian Rocks Beach and Belleair Beach are both within five-and-a-half miles! Largo Golf Course is just four-and-a-half miles away for guests who brought their golf clubs. Head out to the Florida Botanical Gardens (just over two miles from the home) for a free attraction highlighting the natural beauty of the area or Lake Seminole Park for hiking or biking.

Parking Notes: Guests can park two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed.

Huge house with amazing pool!
The house was amazing! Plenty of room for all 8 of us to stay. We also loved that it came with beach towels and beach equipment like chairs and an umbrella. Kitchen was fully stocked and there was even some extra sunscreen and aloe! The pool area was the best part! Great space to spend time outside and cook out and play games. About 15 minutes from beaches and in a nice location just have to drive to get to most places. We LOVED our stay!

This home is even more spacious and beautiful than the photos show. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple families. The pool and covered porch is ideal for both adults and children to enjoy. Proximity to beaches, restaurants and entertainment is prefect regardless of likes interests. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful during the booking process as well as during our stay. Also, overall cleanliness must be a top priority for this host as every amenity was as close to home as you can get.

Awesome Home - Highly Recommend!
This home has everything you need to cook, play, and relax is at this home. They have thought of everything from pool toys to bikes to air pumps. The house is beautiful, and the heated pool has multiple levels of depth and provides hours of enjoyment. The home is a 5-minute drive from restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I highly recommend this home.

Excellent stay!
We had a great time during our stay. The house, both inside and out, was beautiful. It had everything we needed plus extra items that normally aren’t included (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dish detergent, etc). The pool area was fantastic. Plenty of pool floats and beach chairs were available to use in the garage. Aleksandra was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

FUN FAMILY VACATION
This house was clean and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and the tropical backyard! It was very relaxing and private! The communication with the host was easy and the response was always quick. It was also nice to have the bikes to use. The location is great because it’s near the beaches and conveniently located near a lot of local stores and restaurants. It’s also a quick ride into Tampa for other activities. No complaints.

Highly recommend this home!
I highly recommend staying here! The owner was very friendly and quickly communicated with us, answering our questions every step of the way. The house is clean and looks brand new. They stock the house with everything you need, including paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, an umbrella for the beach, a travel crib, a high chair, and hairdryer. The beds are comfortable, the shower pressure is fantastic, and the pool is very nice! We will definitely be back!

Great house for a lowkey vaca!
This was a wonderful mother-daughter trip and this location helped take it to another level! What a beautiful home with cozy furniture and decor. Great Stay!
We spent 3 nights in Largo for a fun friends weekend! There were 3 couples staying in the house and we all had an amazing time. The house was very clean and well stocked with things we needed, including beach towels. The house was also spacious and we enjoyed the large tv when relaxing at night. The beds were very comfortable. The outside was really outstanding. It had a great seating area to sit and enjoy coffee in the am. The pool was so amazing. There is not a lot to walk to, but we took Ubers where we needed to go. We were close to Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach. We highly recommend this property!

Home beautiful, did not seem to be fully clean, crumbs in cupboards and fridge. However beds comfy and pool amazing. Way to far from the beach for my liking which I did not realize. Home great and pool and shower and products !:)

Good location to the beaches., airport, Busch Gardens etc. House was clean, well stocked with items for a week’s stay, I.e. soap, shampoo and various kitchen items. The pool is the highlight as that’s where we stayed most of our stay. Would visit this property again.
