Spacious cottage with nice features in quiet location
We had a great time here, easy walk to the beach in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Home was quite well equipped for our family needs. We had brought extra kitchen towel and cloth and were thankful as only one of each was provided. There were plenty of bathroom towels. Nice to have use of beach wagon and chairs.

Our stay was just perfect and this house is beautiful. The king beds are so comfortable and the house has everything you could possibly need for the stay. Very equipped, beautiful inside and out. Great communication

Excellent Vacation Home
This property exceeded our expectations. A beautiful and comfortable home with all of the amenities we needed including beach supplies. It was about a 12-15 minute walk to the beach but the beaches are absolutely gorgeous and now crowded. It’s a short drive to Clearwater to enjoy the tourist attractions but IRB has the little beach town vibe. I totally recommend this home.

Nice property
Location was quiet and clean, in a higher class residential neighborhood. Some of the signs outside on other houses are very anti rental, but it's just more reason for us to be respectful. They weren't unwelcoming. The beach is a short walk away and cafes and shops even closer. Absolutely loved the stay and will be back. House was a little out dated, but had everything we needed and was safe and comfortable. Beds are hard, I suggest bringing your own blanket, but overall I have no real complaints and it was fun.

The house was in a good lactation just 2-: blocks from the beach (1/2 Mile). They have all of the essentials for the beach as well (chairs, towels, umbrella and WAGON). We would certainly stay there again.

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood.
Great stay at a comfortable and quiet house. Loved the 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and tent for the beach! Beach is about a 10 minute walk, very easy to get and being off busy Gulf Blvd is well worth it. Public park with facilities on 17th street are very easy to walk to if needed.

Such a wonderful Oasis
This house is perfectly located near the beach but away from traffic and the tourists. We came down to get married on the beach and it was a wonderful weekend and this house gave us some great memories to last us a lifetime.

Gorgeous and Spacious Condo in Keystone
The condo is brand new, with plenty of room for our two families - 10 people in total. The condo has all the essentials you would need for a lovely stay. I enjoyed that the 3rd bedroom is located upstairs with a little loft/tv/sleeping area up there as well. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The location is phenomenal, being only a short drive to the gondola lot at Keystone. And the outdoor hot tub was wonderful after a full day of skiing!
