This house is only 4 miles from Treasure Island Beach. It's in walking distance to Sam's Club, Publix, Starbucks, and retail stores. Within 20 minutes driving, GUESTS can go to Tampa Airport, Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach, and the iconic St. Pete Pier in down town St. Pete.
It's a perfect stay for a small family or a small group of people traveling for work. It's clean and low maintenance.

Pinellas Park Jewel!
Beautiful home located near lots of restaurants, the beach, and a short drive to Tampa! Has two screened in porches which were a great retreat at the end of the day! Very quiet neighborhood and great hosts! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice property. Poor service.
When we arrived at the property, there was a large RV parked in the driveway. The RV was parked where we could not park our truck in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk or parking on the grass. There was no mentioning of the driveway being blocked by the RV in the description, photos of the rental property, or the instructions given by the property management company, which is who you have to deal with if you have any issues. We called the property management company and spoke with the person in charge only to receive poor service. She told us that the RV belonged to the owner and would not move the RV to accommodate our vehicle. She also falsely claimed that the RV in the driveway was described in the description. We had screenshots of the description before all of this happened thus proving there was no warning of the RV parked in the property's driveway. After we called VRBO, the property managent company unethically tried to add the existence of the RV to the rental property description. We had children and heavy luggage and gear that we did not want to carry from the street to the home. We would not recommend based on propert management level of care and service.

Great location and super clean. St Pete beach is only 20 min away, 17 min away from Costco and Sam’s Club and Publixs is right down the street.

Property was in a quiet neighborhood. House has most things you needed. Easy access to a Publix and a Walmart. Lots of food choices nearby. Only 15 minute drive to the beach.
