Staff was very nice, but it is really inconvenient that your room does not get serviced (cleaned, towels, trash removed) unless you call before 8am or when you check out. There was a cockroach on the wall in our room, the carpets smell, and the bathroom is disgusting. Pillows are small and useless. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast, the poor girl refilling the food/ supplies & cleaning up could not keep up with the slobs of other guests, she could definitely use help!

Room and breakfast was great. After going to a concert we headed back to our room to shower & the water had “scheduled maintenance” & was off til midnight. This truly sucked Because we were not made aware of it, until the day of even though they said it was scheduled… It was hot, and we were sweaty and unable to shower.

This hotel is showing it's age and the cleanliness could definitely be improved. There was several issues with the room, including the bed being broken and would tilt to one side. The shower barely worked and one of the lights in the room would just constantly flicker and not stay on. I will definitely stay elsewhere the next time I am in this area.

Multiple large roaches in the room and we were moved to a smaller room. Front desk man was very rude for an attitude with my wife then she got upset and he hung up on her. I will repost this to google. Asked to be at least compensated for the first night with no help and handed the general managers card. Desk guy said if we’re not happy we can leave and he will check us out.
