Beach Place #308 is a 1360 square foot beachfront dream that has under gone a complete remodel that includes all new granite kitchen , all new stainless-steel appliances, and new granite bathrooms. New furniture throughout, new tile carpet throughout and a luxurious walk-in shower. There are TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements: King in Master, 2 Queens in 2nd bdrm, 1 Queen in 3rd bdrm. Beach Place 308 also has in unit washer/dryer. This unit offers ONE assigned parking space. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

But no vacation would be complete with multiple trips to the beach, swimming pool and BBQing! Fortunately, these are all right here, just steps away! Another plus- John's Pass Village is just across the street! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.
