Dolphin & Manatee At Your Back Door!!

Truly a hidden gem, Treasure Island offers so much all within walking distance! Breathtaking sun rises as you sit on the back patio overlooking the water. A 5 minute walk and you have your toes in the sand at the beach watching a beautiful sunset as well! There are restaurants galore, along with grocery stores and bait and tackle shops; all within walking distance of the condo. Boca Ciega Bay is literally right outside your back door. The dock was just redone in composite decking with bench seating. You can relax on the patio and watch dolphin and manatee swim daily! A 5 minute walk and you are on the beach at the Gulf of Mexico. White sandy beaches and pristine waters make leaving here difficult to do! A short drive and you are at Clearwater Beach, Saint Petersburg, Tampa, Madeira Beach, Bradenton, Sarasota and so much more!

The condo offers many amenities such as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, a covered patio with patio furniture, tv's with cable and internet, washing machine and dryer and more. French doors open up to the outside where all the views and relaxation take your mind off of work and onto vacation! We would love for you to come and stay, and see why we absolutely love it here!

Amazing Vacation
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location was perfect, the view and the short walk to the grocery store and the beach. I watched the sunrise every morning and saw dolphins swimming every day in the channel, it was an amazing vacation for both my adult daughter and myself. Loved it!!

The Perfect Property
Yes, you read that right. This is the perfect property - at least it was for us and our vacation. The location was great - on the waterway meant plenty of bird and wildlife viewing, a block away from the grocery store was convenient, and a block and a half walk from the beach made it easy to go there for sunsets every evening. It was also close/a short drive to many of the activities we wanted to do. The Treasure Island beach is not as built up with high-rise condos/hotels as the nearby areas (St. Pete and Clearwater), which made for a quieter experience. The unit was very clean, the kitchen well-appointed, and the layout allowed everyone space without feeling crowded. Just perfect!

Nice condo with beautiful sunrises over the bay. Lots of dolphins! Walking distance to everything we needed! Would definitely come back. Wine and candy waiting for us on arrival… an added bonus!

We didn't want to leave!
The home was perfect for the 2 of us. Location was exceptional. Close to grocery, beach, restaurants and shopping. The back patio was our favorite spot, we spent most of our time watching the pelicans dive and dolphins surface or just soaked up the beautiful weather. Communication with Josh was quick and check in was easy! The neighbors were all so friendly, will for sure being staying again!!!

Great place for a family
The property was located right on the water with a great dock for fishing. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Everything needed for the stay was available at the property from beach items to plenty of linens for a family. The condo was exceptionally clean and well decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Fun at Treasure Island
Our family of four stayed at this wonderful condo for a week. We were able to see dolphins outside of the back door patio every day. A few manatees made a quick swim-by a few of our days there. We also took advantage of the available fishing gear and landed four different species that were new to us. The condo was very close to the beach which allowed us to walk there every day. It is also very close to many restaurants and a Publix. The condo itself is very well equipped with beach equipment, cooking at the condo, plenty of towels and blankets, and a very comfortable living room. We plan to return to this condo if it is available in the future!

Fantastic family beach stay
We had a truly wonderful week at this apartment. The location is spectacular and a short walk to the beach with restaurants and a supermarket so close by. We saw dolphins from the patio almost daily and caught fish with the rods provided (despite being novices!). The kitchen was really well stocked with all you could need and some useful staple items. The decor and cleanliness were outstanding. A really beautiful place with friendly neighbours. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Josh and Erica!

Wonderful visit to Treasure Island!
We were so pleased with this property. Everything was just as pictured and more. Very clean, and nice touch of wine and M&Ms upon arrival. This home was perfect for our family of four, and we hope to visit again!

My family and I loved staying at this property! The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the extra niceties (e.g., beach towels, chairs, fishing poles, beach cart) were a real bonus. We loved staring out at the water watching the dolphins swim by as we casted our fishing lines. Interactions with the owner via the VRBO app were easy and positive - you can tell how much they love their home. We can't wait to return in the future!

OMG. Pictures are accurate but do not do it justice. This place is a little piece of Paradise! It is centrally located and you can truly walk to everything you need. Best of both worlds with the inter coastal on one side and the beach on the other side. Very tranquil and relaxing. Watching dolphins, manatees and every specie of bird that you could think of. Even caught a crab and a seahorse from the dock! Thee best vacation ever. We will definitely be back !

Amazing place to stay!
Amazing! Saw Dolphins on some mornings and fishing dock was great! Would definitely stay here again! Very clean and PLENTY of extras. Only thing that was slightly annoying was when we caught a small eel and were trying to cut it off the line a neighbor came over and threw it back before the line was cut but of course this was not an issue with the condo at all, just neighbor issues. Also the bathrooms were amazing and great to rinse off sand. Thank you for the great place to stay!!

Pictures do not begin to show this condo justice. It is wonderful and was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Josh was very quick to respond any time before and during our trip. There are so many places within walking distance from the condo making it super convenient. We loved our time here!

Excelent location
A block away from Publix, and the beach. Two blocks from restaurants. We did see the dolphins at the back yard. Quiet place. Needed a little bit of cleaning. Like silverwear trays were dirty and some kitchen shelves. But I cleaned them and washed everything that I would use. (By the way, it does have dishwasher which does not show in the pictures or unit description and it is a plus). It was a minor issue in comparison with all the goods. I will definitely recommend it. Excellent location. Very accessible .
