The Oceana Resort is one of Treasure Island’s newest additions located directly on the beach. The beach front condos have a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Treasure Island beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Just built in 2019, the building combines the advantage of a fully equipped condo plus all the Resort amenities. The property offers 2 pools and whirlpools either overlooking the beach or Bay across the street. Not only can you watch our famous Florida Sunsets from your private balcony, but also from an amazing Roof Top Sunset and Observation Deck on the 7th floor. The view is simply stunning!

For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. Beds so terrible we left a day early and lost our $$$
This could have been a great review; the Unit itself was very nice. However, the beds were so incredibly hard and uncomfortable it ruined our trip. Considering the cost, I surely did not expect to sleep on the couch. Rather than endure another sleepless night, we decided to leave an entire day early. The property manager said she would speak with Owner about a night's refund but we have never heard back. We are frequent travelers and have stayed in VRBO's often, but this has been the worst experience. Cheap beds are not good for business. Will never return nor recommend.

Smoking on the property.
Overall everything was as expected. However, the people above me were smoking a lot! It was difficult sitting outside and at times when I had my door open the smoke came into my unit. I made comments to Oceana and to Vrbo-it did nothing to deter them.

Best beach
The condo was spotless upon arrival. Towels a little rough but that is the only thing that was not 5 star. Staff exceptional. Beac was not crowded at all and rooftop sunset viewing was the best. 5 star all the way.

The experience was great
The overall experience was great. Parking was a nightmare. Our second vehicle usually found somewhere to park with the paid parking next door. On our sixth day in, someone took our spot that afternoon and overnight. Luckily, that evening there was another opening that we snagged for the night. The next day when my husband went back again to let them know it still wasn't available, and we didn't want to interfere with someone else. They went to let them know they had to move. It was just frustrating with the parking.

Nice place and convenient location
Nice unit. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and a really nice beach especially for walking. It was walking to several red and shopping, but on a busy road. This is a busy area but there is a sidewalk. If we return to this location would stay here again!

Two bed/bath on the gulf as described. Not clean. Couch very uncomfortable and the whole place smelled like some cheap air freshener. Rickety chairs. Smoke detectors chirping. Called in and was told to take the batteries out. Terrible parking if you have more than 1 car. Walk in showers with no curb resulted in rotting baseboards. Constant wet bathroom floors. Beach was nice but Wouldn’t stay here again.

This is my second time renting at Oceana. A few things: 1. Location is great!! Could not be more conveniently located. 2. Property in general is very nice and check in process was a breeze. 3. Pool is small but works fine for breaks from the beach. 4. The first unit I stayed in was great—well kept, super clean, furniture updated. This unit was not as nice. Furniture is worn and beat up. Lots of marks on the walls. We ate in a few times and kitchen items need updated as they are old. Sink in main bath seems like it’s going to fall off the wall. I feel like it would not take much to do a few small fixes and it would be much nicer. Overall I would 100% stay at this property again, just not this particular unit.

The view is great, but for the price I’d like comfortable living room furniture. I couldn’t get my wheelchair into the living room without moving the furniture. We didn’t sleep well because the bed was uncomfortable. I feel like all we paid for was the view. I would not stay here again.

The area was great, the building was nice but little to no parking, one space allowed per room. And they do not enforce the parking spaces that are assigned to the room. We made most of our vacation. but will not stay again.

Great location with minor issues.
Overall it is a great location with beautiful views and awesome beach and pool access. Check in process was quick and easy. However, we had minor issues with items in the condo daily. The property manager was quick to respond and had the issues fixed promptly. The issues we had were an alarm constantly sounding on the dishwasher (sounded like a smoke detector) that had to be reset by a technician, the clothes dryer quit working after the first load of clothes and had to be completely taken apart andi fixed by the same technician (who was great). There were no cleaning supplies, broom or vacuum in the unit. A broom was delivered by the management after I requested it. The toilet paper holder had also fallen off the wall prior to our arrival. The shower curtain definitely needed replacing due to the discoloration and mold along the bottom. We couldn’t open the master bedroom closet because the night stand blocked the door from opening. It was a lot of minor things that detracted from an otherwise beautiful property and experience. All these issues aside, I would stay here again for the location, views, and responsive property management.
