“Personal was super friendly and accommodating”

“3pm check in, we arrived at 3:15 to be told our room was still being cleaned to come back in 15 minutes. When we walked in the room the floor was so sticky you could hear every step. Used soap was left in the shower, hair on the sink. The floors were poorly swept and the couch was falling apart with pieces of fabric all over the floor. 2 night stay but we checked out 23 hours early and requested a partial refund, was told a manager would call, still has not 24 hours later and am told a manager……

“Clean room, staff very pleasant, found parking easily could see my car right out my window, didn’t eat so I can’t remark about that.”

“Not clean around property, room wasn't clean on carpet, and our room had issues with the air conditioner and key card didn't work to well.”

“The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off.……
