The condo is designed for budget friendly folks looking for a place very close to the beach. There were just very minor things wrong with the condo, we didn't even notify the property manager because they weren't a big deal at all. For example a closet door was off its hinges and bedroom TV remote didn't work. Some water in the fridge from a small leak. My family really enjoyed how close we were to the ocean and the kitchen was functional enough for us to have breakfast and lunch there everyday. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how there is no assigned parking, but that is a minor thing also and would not deter us from staying at this property again. We were happy that there were only families staying at the condos around us and no folks partying. A great atmosphere just a few steps from the beach. ##### David W.
