The property definitely needs updating but location is good. The mattress in this unit needs to be replaced and the upholstered furniture is looking a little grimy. The condo is designed for budget friendly folks looking for a place very close to the beach. There were just very minor things wrong with the condo, we didn't even notify the property manager because they weren't a big deal at all. For example a closet door was off its hinges and bedroom TV remote didn't work. Some water in the fridge from a small leak. My family really enjoyed how close we were to the ocean and the kitchen was functional enough for us to have breakfast and lunch there everyday. The only thing I didn't enjoy was how there is no assigned parking, but that is a minor thing also and would not deter us from staying at this property again. We were happy that there were only families staying at the condos around us and no folks partying. A great atmosphere just a few steps from the beach. ##### David W. Quiet condo complex, secluded on the island. Layout of the condo was great with master bedroom access to the balcony. Kitchen was adequately stocked. The only recommendation we would have is to update the living room furniture. It was all very dated and uncomfortable.
