“in Harlow town park.BUT
Needs major upgrade. It isn't a hotel it's a grubby hostel with a nasty toilet and shower separate from the room. The stained shower looks like a refugee from the 1960s
It's a very sad place to be.
The mattress was terrible, extremely uncomfortable so I didn't get much sleep due to the pain generated by laying on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

“Everything was lovely and the front staff so very helpful.
The only thing I would say about was the sound on the TV it was very muffled all the time no matter what we put it up to.
We liked it so much we booked another night.
I DO NOT AGREE WITH The extra
PAYMENT FOR PARKING. @£8.00 Per night.
Thank you.
