"The maintenance of the room was in unsatisfactory condition. The bathroom door blocked the room door such that the bathroom door had to be always closed. The knob to the shower was loose such that we were receiving alternately hot and cold water at the same time. The toilet seat was loose. Part of the window curtain was torn. The fire alarm went off three times between 11 pm and 1 am and it went off again at 8 am."

"This was a rough stay. Heating system was broken but we weren't informed. We were just told that our room wasn't ready. Heat never worked and because we were waiting we never got to use the pool or hot tub. We always stay here so this was a big disappointment. Hopefully all repairs are done so our bext stay is more comfortable."

"The facility was clean but needs attention. Our door was sticking/catching making it difficult for entry even after notifying the front desk. There was floor receptacles popping up in the lobby, the room TVs are small, and the breakfast was horrible."
