“Kelly’s cottage is a work of art and love. It’s amazing how much thought went into ensuring that everything you can need on a vacation be found inside. The cottage was clean, in top shape with a cozy and modern vibe.Kelley’s response time was fantastic, she easy to communicate with and happy to help out.The cottage is set back and surrounded by trees and nature. It’s a quiet and quaint spot to at I would be happy to recommend to others and come back for another stay!”

“This tiny home has everything you need and could possibly want. It’s well-equipped, spotlessly clean, super cozy, and even more beautiful than in the photos. Judy was great with communication, and I only wish that I had had more time to spend at her place. Looking forward to visiting again!”

“ The cottage was clean, comfortable, uncluttered, and well furnished. We enjoyed the view of the mountains to the east and exploring the area.”

“Excellent place to relax! Everything was lovely, perfect and simple! Only thing i'd suggest is putting a mirror up in the small A frame cottages and the ability to control the oscillating fan. Definitely will be back!! ”

“Had a wonderful weekend at this cottage although we had a lot of rain. Beautiful View of the river. Very well stocked with anything you may need. Only negative was it was very muddy, pretty much calf deep to get down to the water. As there has been weeks of rain lately though this is probably not normally the case. The home also had no outdoor water faucet/ hose but thankfully my son had brought a 5 gallon bucket with so we could fill it in the cottage and bring it outside to wash muddy feet……

“This A frame house was amazing. The owner paid excellent attention to detail and made the whole experience (even in dead of winter…) really enjoyable! Will be staying there again!”

“We went out on a limb and found this gorgeous property to get married at. With honesty and great communication with our host they allowed us to have a few extra guest to perform our wedding ceremony. We didn’t need anything big or fancy but the sanctuary in it’s simplicity is beautiful and fancy! Words can not describe how intimate and beautiful this place is. Their hard work is something to be admired. If you are looking for the perfect getaway with your significant other or just a peaceful get……

“Love location and owners. Some adjustments are needed, this isn’t camping it’s glamping and you cannot do it halfway. Need more AC in second floor units like this one, our unit was well over 100 degrees when we arrived and never got below 80 degrees inside even when temps dipped outside at night, very uncomfortable. Husband left with our dogs on second night because it was too hot for him and them to even get comfortable enough to sleep. Hot water smelled like sewage when running and no hot……

“Great property, great stay at a very nice cottage. We visited for the weekend for Penn State’s homecoming. Close to the stadium, easy access to I-99 and plenty of food options w/in 3 miles. Two bedrooms w/king size beds and a couch w/a trundle. Very comfortable w/TV, patio, firepit, and charcoal grill. The worse part of the weekend was the non-stop rain on game day.”

“This was an absolutely beautiful property!!! Loved all The farm animals (horses, chickens, roosters, peacocks and piggies!). The cabins were so well kept and cozy. The property itself was absolutely beautiful if you enjoy animals and the great outdoors! We did not want to leave!!! We will absolutely be coming back to this property! Also Raystown Lake is stunning and we hiked numerous trails that were within a half hour of the property and had an amazing experience!! I would definitely……
