"The stay was just fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is just past the casinos and away from the crowds. The staff ran the place more like a military unit though. I didn't realize I would be tasked with taking out trash or placing my linens and towels in a basket after my stay! Also, the spa wasn't avaliable 1 of the 2 nights we stayed which was a bummer! This lodge also doesn't have wifi. I think for the price it's just okay...probably other places for less that may be better."

"Disappointed no hot tub"

"The registration desk was not easy to find. No bell service for luggage to the room. No valet parking. I am disabled and this was not user friendly."

"Entire property is completely filthy and looks as if nothing has ever been even superficially wiped. Almost every single employee has a scowl on their face, no matter what. Usual “customer service” experience in 2026. Could smell marijuana in the hotel/elevators a few times. Highlight was taking some luggage to my car, in the expensive parking garage, with my 13 year-old daughter and walking into a cloud of freshly smoked marijuana while 3 middle aged men quickly walked away from where they were smoking weed-oh yeah, it costs $20/day to park in this parking garage - not reflected in the hotel cost. Enjoy. "

"Not clean at all my kids got pink eye from sleeping on the couch!!!!! The staff was rude only one nice receptionist there was rude timeshare scammer guys that kept calling and asking personal questions and super rude and hostile!!!!! Outdoor pool was not clean!!!! Looked black at inside from all the bugs! Didn’t go in the spa couldn’t imagine how nasty!!!! We checked out early due to the hostile guy calling my personal number and the hotel room number!!! We were scared for our safety but not only that my daughter’s eye was so red after our stay we went to the emergency room and they had pink eye!!!!! "

"The view was incredible. It was a pricey stay. I didn’t sleep well due to the toilet run all night. I struggled a bit with getting the fireplace to light. "

"This is a timeshare accomodation but was reserved through cheaptickets. We love worldmark because it's staying in a fully furnished condo. We cook breakfast and have freshly brewed coffee in the room before going out. The place is newly renovated. The staff is great, parking is never an issue. It's on Kingsbury grade, we like it because it's far from the noisy blvd "
