Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2 out of 5 stars) Review Title: Overpriced and Overhyped – Only the Lobby Impresses The Empire Hotel looks beautiful when you first walk in, the front lobby and building entrance are stunning and give the impression of a luxury stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the charm ends. The rooms are incredibly small, with tiny, dirty windows and furniture that’s falling apart or missing pieces entirely. The bathroom is outdated and barely holding together, which really took away from the experience. The rooftop pool is a huge disappointment, it’s barely bigger than a walk-in closet. It can only hold about 10 people standing, and if there are kids in there, don’t even expect to get in. Not ideal if you’re hoping for any kind of relaxing swim. As for the rooftop restaurant and bar, while the menu is limited and overpriced, I will say the service was excellent and the staff made the experience much more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel is not worth the price. You’re basically paying for the location and lobby aesthetics. I wouldn’t stay here again unless major renovations are made.

One of the Best hotel I have ever stayed. Little small, little pricey, but they did everything right.

It was nice but certainly not extraordinary. It was also outlandishly expensive. However the staff was outstanding.

Elevator accessibility could be easier for guests.

Hotel was great and very clean. Great environment, fun roof top bar.
