"While we were disappointed that the weather was too cold to enjoy the pool and unfortunately experienced a lost personal item during our stay, Carlo in Guest Services made a lasting positive impression on our family. His kindness and outstanding hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks to Carlo, we enjoyed an incredible room with a breathtaking view that became the highlight of our trip and made my son's dream visit to New York City even more special. Carlo's genuine care, professionalism, and dedication to guests are a true asset to this hotel. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did and for the unforgettable memories he helped create. "This hotel was perfect for what me and my friends wanted to do it was right in time square we didn’t have to take any uber or Lyft all the restaurants are right around the corner and when you walk out of the hotel its a pizza place right there the only thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t really charge your phone up cause the sockets wasn’t working properly so we had to go down stairs in the lobby of the hotel to charge our phones up but I will stay here again when im in New York location is perfect"

"The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. We had enough towels. We put the do not disturb door plaque and did not use housekeeping services for the rest of our stay. The sheet and the shower curtain had weird stains. I think there are nicer places to stay in this area for similar price. Would not stay here again or recommend."
