“The transportation is very convenient, but the facilities are a bit old ”

“浴室排水孔，有小蟲子飛上了，每天都有好幾隻，淋浴間 水量 很小，洗頭 洗澡 很不舒服，房間 冷氣很大聲，隔音差，周遭環境雜亂！”

“We loved our stay, the view from our room of the Empire State and entire city was amazing! Our room was beautiful. The only unfortunate part was the club level was closed for renovations but we still got charged the full amount for the experience fee. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to New York to stay there. The location is perfect , across the road from the train station. Just around the corner from Katz Deli too!”

“Stayed for one night to celebrate my birthday at a nearby restaurant. Great rooms, super friendly staff (except the pool waitress), front desk gave my wife and I drink tickets and upgraded our room. Overall great experience and would stay again.”

“The hotel space is nice. The wait for the elevator was outrageous. We waited easily for 15-20 minutes each time we needed to leave or return. The staff was unresponsive and unapologetic regarding this issue. I asked the concierge to help with reservations prior to arrival and she was unhelpful and neither communicated nor responded to my emails without several follow up emails asking for a status update. We waited for 30 minutes for the car and our luggage. The car returned to us dirty both……
