“The transportation is very convenient, but the facilities are a bit old ”

“浴室排水孔，有小蟲子飛上了，每天都有好幾隻，淋浴間 水量 很小，洗頭 洗澡 很不舒服，房間 冷氣很大聲，隔音差，周遭環境雜亂！”

“Decent size rooms for NYC. However for a 4 star hotel, the property is not as clean as it should be. There were food crumbs upon our arrival. The hotel is also impossible to reach via phone. Tried the number on the site and via Expedia which always went to a full voicemail. Would not stay again.”

“Good location, clean room, rooms were small. Staff very accommodating.”

“In desperate need of a revamp, our room (suite!) was smelly, light didn’t work, one elevator was broken and the others didn’t feel trustworthy. We moved to another hotel in the middle of the night.”
