“Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank.”

“The room we stayed in was not very clean. The windows (interior) were filthy and have clearly not been cleaned in some time. The tub also had not received a proper cleaning for some time. The rooms claimed to be “newly renovated “ but judge by the buildup in and around the tub it’s been several years. We only received 1 coffee package in our room (2 people) and the toiletries were in desperate need to be refilled.

“The house and amenities are decorated is a simple cozy style, very well maintained. It was a fantastic experience for me and my wife. The house is beside a 60km bicycle and walking trail. Close to everything.”
