"We stayed here for two nights with kids. There is no bath, only shower available. The rooms are a little outdated. My room did not have a remote when we came in. In the evening, my daughter spilled on the bed and when we tried to call the front desk- the phones do not work. My husband went down to the front desk and asked for housekeeping/sheets. Was told that there is no housekeeping until the morning and no one to bring anything up until then. When he asked for sheets and blankets- they only had one sheet and one thin blanket. Front desk said that is all they had until the morning."

"If you extend your stay you have to go down to the front desk in the morning to sign a new form and, depending on what time it is, they may not be capable of renewing your keys at that time which means you have to return again later in the day. When they asked if I wanted housekeeping I said yes and, even though I was gone from my room for 12 hours I didn't get it. Then there was a knock on my door at 10 pm when I was falling asleep and I found towels outside the door the next morning. That's not what I call housekeeping."

"Clean and friendly staff. Housekeeping came everyday to ask if I needed anything cleaned or changed in my room and they were so friendly. The front desk workers were phenomenal! "

"Don’t waste your time here, especially if you have kids. The first room we had was clearly recently smoked in. We told the front desk and they gave us another room that also smelled like smoke and had mold. The person at the front desk told us the only other option was a bed that would not accommodate our family. We were not refunded, and we had to drive down the road and pay for a different hotel."

"We had a good experience with our first reservation, but it was unexpected and we needed two beds. We are couple with a 12-year-old. We left a great review and then extended for another day with two beds, but then we were very disappointed in the attitude of the staff. When we attempted to switch rooms at 11, they told us that we’d have to check out and wait four hours in the lobby or come back at 3, which it was very cold we didn’t have a car we were visiting from California and didn’t have anywhere else to go. They said they had to clean rooms, but made some excuse about it being a Pest Control day so we’d have to wait until regular checkout time. So we ended up staying in our One bed which was super inconvenient and awkward, but not only that, they didn’t wanna give us towels or extra pillows for one of us to sleep on the floor. A 12 year-old and stepfather do not want to sleep in the same bed that was just so inconsiderate of them. We explained that to them and we know they could’ve moved us when we needed it. We just thought there was a better more hospitable way of them handling things."
