“Amazing and will be returning”

“Real management issues. No light in sitting area of room, lamp obviously missing, internet not working, TV not working, no "maintanance" people available, no housekeeping people available until after checkout time, full length mirror just leaning against the wall and blocking the walkway, sleeping area so small that you can't get around the bed, worn out mattress, lights not working in underground parking garage; on and on and on.”

“My stay at Sonder Georgetown C&O Apartments was deeply disappointing due to a highly distressing lockout caused by an unprofessional deposit policy. The staff failed to collect the $50 deposit at check-in and later insisted I return to pay it, without clarifying any deadline or potential consequences. I never intended to avoid payment; when I returned later, the front desk was occupied, so I planned to settle it after dinner. Shockingly, just a few hours after check-in, the staff deactivated my……

“Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better.”
