“We had a small issue when we got to our first unit. Apparently housekeeping had reported the air conditioning wasn’t working, but we were still checked into the unit anyway and we were met by the maintenance tech when we were unpacking our car. We switched to a second unit which was perfect, except the phone in the unit didn’t work, so we had to call from ours cell phones, which wasn’t that big of a deal. The paper they gave us at check in with hours of the activity center (and on the QR code……

“Did not go on property. Room not made over. Room was way down end of 3rd. Floor. No breakfast. Navi directions allways tryed to direct us through gated community.”

“I stayed for a long weekend with my husband and 3 kids. This place was great for our needs. It's definitely not a luxury hotel by any means, and could use some upgrades. However, it was clean and in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and has an indoor pool my kids loved. You can hear all the cars driving by at night, so if you're sensitive to sounds, this may be a tough spot for you”

“When returning to Virginia Beach, this will be our go-to spot! The thought that went into the rooms was astounding. Not only do you get a stove, fridge, dishwasher, and a room that's the size of an apartment - but, they included dishes, cookware, and dish soap! Everything was very clean and we couldn't have felt better about our stay! Thank you to all the staff who helped make our stay nothing short of amazing!”
