"I was in town for a family event. I checked in but did not go up to the room, I ran some errands with family. When I got back to the room it was nearly 100 degrees in the room. The A/C was broken, went to the front desk and had to wait while he was on his personal phone. I informed him that the A/C was broken. He said he would send up maintenance, who never showed, had to go back down as I said I had an event to go to. He said, no maintenance is here, I will just change rooms, but you have to bring all your stuff down, 3 trips and he ended up moving me right next door. I was late for my family event. Rude staff, Rooms not maintained, inconvenient and did not care."

"I want to say I got a King Suite and the couch was broken. I told the hotel about it but I had not heard back yet. You could not sit or lay on the couch. It was not comfortable at al. I am not going to pay almost $300 for a King Suite and end up just having a Standard King. Is there anything you can do to help me get some sort of refund?"
