The host did not inform us about the lack of AC until our day of arrival, when it was too late to cancel without penalty or make alternative arrangements. “Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……
