“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. The only downside was the loud noise from the air conditioning unit, which made a distinct clicking sound, like an old plastic switch, every time it turned off automatically. This was quite……

“We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay there again! The staff was nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the extra perks was the cherry on top. We chose this hotel because it is so close to the train station which made it super convenient to take the train from the airport to downtown Denver and then catch our train to Glenwood Springs the next morning. ”

“Large spacious rooms kept clean and everything worked. (The only negative of the room, the heater/AC was a little noisey. Staff was very willing to serve even excited. Big salute to them.”
